Langdon Morris' ancestors, Lewis and Gouverneur Morris, each played key roles in the founding of the United States. Lewis Morris signed the Declaration of Independence, while his half-brother Gouverneur prepared the final draft of the Constitution, authored the opening phrase, "We the People," and was one of its signers. In the tradition of his ancestors, Langdon Morris is a political activist as well as an experienced theoretician, writer, and business innovator. He is currently Senior Practice Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania's Ackoff Center for the Advancement of Systems Approaches, where he studies complex social and business systems, and the development of strategies to improve them. Mr. Morris is also a Senior Partner at InnovationLabs, a consulting company that provides innovative strategic guidance for a global clientele that includes the Fortune 500, private foundations and a diverse range of government agencies. He is also a director of WDHB Consulting Group. |

In addition to his political writings, Mr. Morris is the author or co-author of 3 highly praised business books, with editions in many languages, including Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Malaysian, and French.
Mr. Morris is a member of the Scientific Committee of Business Digest, Paris, and has also served as a Contributing Editor of Knowledge Management magazine. His articles have appeared in both publications, as well as in Learning and Training Innovations Magazine, Internet Journal , and Laboratory Design Journal. He has authored or co-authored numerous white papers on innovation and strategic planning.
